Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Giang – Heaven Gate – Quan Ba Pass – Yen Minh – Lao San – Hmong King’s Palace – Dong Van
We begin our journey from Ha Giang, driving along a scenic route with plenty of time to stop at beautiful spots for photos or simply to enjoy the breathtaking landscape.
Our first highlight is Heaven Gate, located at 1,500 meters above sea level, often surrounded by clouds. The view from here is absolutely stunning. From there, we continue to Quan Ba, where you’ll see the famous Twin Mountains, a natural wonder of the region.
We’ll have lunch at a small local restaurant in Yen Minh, then continue toward Dong Van, passing many spectacular viewpoints along the way.
On the route, we’ll visit a local family to learn more about the daily life and unique culture of the Mong people. One of the day’s highlights is a stop at the Hmong King’s Palace, a historic and beautifully preserved house with unique architecture and cultural significance.
We’ll spend the night in Dong Van.
In total, we’ll cover around 155 km and walk for about one hour. Throughout the day, you’ll have many opportunities to meet local Mong people and experience their traditional lifestyle up close.
Day 02: Dong Van- Ma Pi Leng Pass- Meo Vac- Mau Due- Ha Giang
Today we will drive through the Dong Van Geopark, an other route back to Ha Giang.The view is more better than yesterday.
After breakfast we leave Dong Van and drive to the best pass you can visit in Vietnam. The Ma Pi Leng Pass is considered as the “king” of Vietnam’s pass. On the top of this pass begins the 20km long happiness road, which is handmade by the local people and has a romantic atmosphere.
In Meo Vac you can see one of the most beautiful landscapes of the country. We will have lunch in a local restaurants between Dong Van -Ha Giang,Mau Due here the place only rices terrace you can visit and take a shot trekking!
At 5 pm we will be back in Ha Giang. We take you out to a homestay where we have shower then take sleeping bus to Ha Nội.
